1. Getting Started

To begin using VivacityGPT Total Analyzer:

1. Open the Total Analyzer webpage in your browser.
2. The chatbot is now ready for interaction.

2. Basic Chat Interaction

- Type your message in the text area at the bottom of the chat window.
- Click the "Send" button or press Enter to send your message.
- Wait for Total Analyzer to generate and display its response.
- Continue the conversation by sending more messages.

3. Personality Selection

To change the chatbot's personality:

1. Locate the dropdown menu labeled "Select a personality" on the left side of the screen.
2. Click on the dropdown and choose a personality that fits your needs (e.g., "Full Stack Web Developer", "Music Expert", etc.).
3. The chatbot will now respond with the selected personality traits and knowledge focus.

4. File Analysis

Text Files

1. Click on "File Analyzer" in the left menu.
2. Select "TXT" from the file type dropdown.
3. Click "Choose File" and select a text file from your computer.
4. Click "Upload the file" to analyze.
5. Total Analyzer will summarize the content of the text file.

Images

1. Click on "File Analyzer" in the left menu.
2. Select "Image (JPG/PNG)" from the file type dropdown.
3. Click "Choose File" and select an image file.
4. Click "Upload the file" to analyze.
5. Total Analyzer will describe the contents of the image.

Audio Files

1. Click on "File Analyzer" in the left menu.
2. Select "Audio" from the file type dropdown.
3. Click "Choose File" and select an audio file.
4. Click "Upload the file" to transcribe.
5. Total Analyzer will provide a transcription of the audio content.

5. Exporting Chat History

To save your conversation:

1. Click the "Export Chat" button on the left side of the screen.
2. Choose a location on your computer to save the text file.
3. The entire chat history will be saved in a timestamped text file.

6. Text-to-Speech Feature

To have text read aloud:

1. Highlight the text you want to be read.
2. Click the "Repeat text" button on the left side of the screen.
3. The selected text will be read aloud using your device's text-to-speech capabilities.

7. Troubleshooting

• If the chatbot isn't responding, ensure your API key is entered correctly in the Setup panel in the index page.
• For file upload issues, check that your file is in a supported format (TXT, JPG, PNG, or common audio formats).
• For persistent issues, check your internet connection and try clearing your browser cache.
